Leadership is all about listening to, reading your team. Give as much ownership is key…just say Yes. I think most never achieve the environment they seek is bc folks like to be right and in control. This thread is 💯 🤙those are good questions, and I don’t think I have the answer. I do think many leaders lead with ego, and that’s their biggest problem. the world is being run entirely by egos, not anything else. any action that’s driven by ego and not empathy will fail on a deeper level, even if it appears successful. I think, to partially and vaguely answer your second question, the first step to good leadership is cultivating empathy. @nobody

Job enrichment and solidarity is so important. A team can lead you to hands-on & efficient solutions that are staring you right in the face. Listening 👂 is 🔑 @sophiaw1926

Thing I don’t EVER waiver on…you must be a Great teammate. Treat others how you want to be treated. If not, there is a problem…otherwise…Freedom of choice of path to final agreed upon goal. @liveforever

But, communication and interpersonal skills are in short supply & a superpower these days. Being Gen X … we were forced to talk to humans as the default form of communication 😂 @liveforever
